We had our account disabled (then updated) did we miss any payments?

    We just updated to Bronze. We're a non-profit alumni volunteer group. We wanted to make sure we didn't miss any payments and if so from who, when and how much?

    If your forms were disabled for a period of time, unfortunately, they were not accepting submissions during that time period.  There is not way of telling whether or not users intended to submit your form during that time.
