Two of my forms are set up to send a verificaiton email to me and a resoponder email to the email field in the form. However, I have noticed that the verification email is not coming to me and the responder 1 email is not being recieved either. It looks like coworkers are still recieving thier verification emails with thier forms though.

    What is going on?

    Thanks!

The recipient email in the form has been added to our bounce list and this is the reason why the notification and autoresponder emails have stopped from working.

    Here's from our bounce logs:

klockhart@stpeterchanel.org is IN the bounce list

Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

Please note of the above reason. It says that we are banned and this most likely because you are using the same email as the sender email of the form. The sender email has been added through verification method. Please note that with verification, you are still sending the form emails using Jotform IP and your hosting provider may not allow this for various reasons.

You can do the following to prevent this bouncing problem from happening again in the future:

    1. Whitelist our list of IP addresses and sending domain. You can find the list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

    2. If whitelisting won't fix the problem, I would suggest removing the custom sender emails and them again by using SMTP method: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form. You can ask your hosting provider for the SMTP details if you don't know where to find it.

I hope that helps and let us know if you need any further assistance.
