I apologize if i am bugging you too much about an issue.
We have some registrations coming in which have not been emailed to us as I believe the issue was that our email was on a "bounce list". I just wanted to get onto the Jotform site to look at the record of registrations that have come in as there is some personal and time sensitive details we needed to look at. However, there is a difficulty with my password. In order to receive the email to re-do the password, we need to figure out why Jotform isn't emailing us back. The email that Jotform would use to send us registration notifications is also the one which would send us the Password - so we are getting neither.
I don't believe that sending you a screenshot will help as the process to "reset" or followup for a forgotten password all works correctly and indicates that an email was sent to us.
A previous rep indicated that they had removed the email from the bounce list and that it should work. However, i am still not able to receive registration notifications nor the email to reset the password.
I had tried to do a "reply" to the email notification we received regarding the "bounce list" fix. However, I don't know if that email will work (or if it is a "no-reply" type of communication).
Again I apologize about being a pain. All i really need is the password. I thought it was a particular sequence, and for whatever reason, i cannot find my paperwork where i jotted it down on. It should just email back to our address, but i haven't been getting it.
