E-mail notification suddenly failing

    A notification e-mail that has been working properly for quite some time is now failing each time.

    Please see attached image from the e-mail history. 


    Please advise as to why this e-mail is failing and let me know what can be done to make it succeed

    The recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    It has now been white-listed, so this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
