    Hi there,

We have been using a similar site for the past month, and elected to upgrade to their "Pro Level 2" option allowing up to 5 additional users, however we have learned that the users are unable to create forms of their own, unless they are given an Admin access level to the account, in which case they would be able to view all forms, which is not practical since not every departmental managers should have access to every form and it's results.

I am exploring other options and wondered what your Sub-Users access level is.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please refer also to our user guide for more details.

Sub-users can also have JotForm account ( https://www.jotform.com/signup) which means they can also create their own forms using the Form Builder.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
