    Hi there,

We have been using a similar site for the past month, and elected to upgrade to their "Pro Level 2" option allowing up to 5 additional users, however we have learned that the users are unable to create forms of their own, unless they are given an Admin access level to the account, in which case they would be able to view all forms, which is not practical since not every departmental managers should have access to every form and it's results.

I am exploring other options and wondered what your Sub-Users access level is.

Sub-users can create their own forms. And those forms created within their accounts will be subject to their own benefits. So, if the accounts you added under yours as a "sub-users"(in order to share your forms with) are in a free plan, that's the benefits their forms get.

If a sub-user wants to create a form for your account, they need to create it under the folder that has been shared to them(which label is your account username), example:

You can decide which access level to provide to each sub-user, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-share-forms-with-a-sub-account-user
