I never saw that anywhere on your site.

I need to keep a form up until mid July for a very small wedding site.

I had no idea you charge for small simple forms.

Obviously, I'm now forced to pay since I've already released the site to my friend.

Which plan do I get? The basic free says I get 100 submissions, but obviously that's incorrect.

HELP! I'm already at 20 submissions and your'e threatening to cut the rest off without any real warning!

The 20 limit is applicable to guests account which is what you have now, you can register for a free account so that you get 100 submission quota per month.  To create a free account such that you enjoy more form submission, you will see something like this on the left side when you go to My Forms page:

Note: Make sure to use the email address that you have used in your form so that the form you have created will be merged to your new free account.

Please let us know if you have any other concerns.
