How to choose which fields to put inside the form collapse?

So I ran with David's form and I am trying to work with that template and I ran into a new problem...

How can I be specific with the collapsable field, as it is now, the collapsed portion includes a field that I want to stand away from the collapse.

You can drag a field outside of the form collapse field to move it away from the collapse.
