Where to find customer data entered on a PayPal integrated form?

    I created a payment form that includes customer name, address, email, phone, upload photo...then pp button at the bottom. successfully loaded form into FB business page.

     

    how/where does customer data go to?

    do i need "submit" button (on form)?

    If you are asking about your last edited form that is integrated with PayPal, it already has a Submit button:

    Upon clicking on that button, your users will be redirected to PayPal in order to make their payment. Once their payment is processed by PayPal, PayPal will notify us and the data your users have entered will appear on the submissions page of your form:

    In case that your users have not yet made a payment through PayPal, or if PayPal never notified us that the payment has been processed, the submission data of your users will be placed into "Incomplete Payments":

    In order to ensure that PayPal will notify us correctly after they have processed your users' payment, please make sure that the IPN (Instant Payment Notification) setting is enabled in your PayPal account:
