Premium Upgrade Not Showing Up In Account

    For my account, I just upgraded to Premium using PayPal.  have recieved a confirmation from PayPal, however my account doesn't reflect the Premium upgrade. I very much need this upgrade active by Friday Morning - please let me know what more I need to do to fix this issue.

    Hi,

    Upon checking your account, I found out that you are already active to Premium. Please logout to your JotForm account, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.

    Thanks very much, that definately solved it. I've never had that issue with Chrome, it being my more reliable browser. Thanks again.
