Notification email fails for particular email address. Worked fine before

    Hi there!

     

    Since about 1-2 weeks the notification emails fail to deliver to a specific address. What could be the reason?

    I have checked email history log and I found mentioned submission. Email failed because recipient email address of that Notification was in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    Reason(s) :  Error: Invalid greeting from server - 554 IP=153.92.245.85 - A problem occurred. (Ask your postmaster for help or to contact tosa@rx.t-online.de to clarify.) (BL)

    I have checked and email address if your account is also in the bounce list. 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554-gmx.net (mxgmx006) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available 

    I have now removed them from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
