    Form link seems broken

Asked by salmedrano on March 29, 2012 at 12:23 PM

    Hello

I recently took over the responsibilites of someone that no longer works at my company. We use JotForm on 2 websites and 2 facebook pages. Today it stoped working. After looking at the forums it seems that people have this issue when using a free acount but we have paid for the service.

What are some trouble shooting approaches that you suggest?

    Hi,

Upon checking your account as well as your form, I found out that the form has been deleted and I only found one active form entitled "FBO Info". The form "Operator Form" was found on your trash folder. To retrieve your form, just simply go to your trash folder, click to highlight the form and click the Restor Form button.

After following your instruction I was able to get the forms on the websites to work but not the Facebook pages. Any insight as to why this might be?

Have you tried already re-embeding your form in to your Facebook page? If not, please give a try and before you re-embed your form, delete browsing cache and cookies first. Please let us know if this issue still persist so we can further assist you.

    Thank you!
