Close my account

My account was apparently hacked on this, i got over 900 submissions...all from Russia, that were all spam.

I have removed my form from my site, and i would like this profile closed. Thank you.

I would also like to tell you that it is possible to prevent duplicate submissions from same user. You can do it by setting unique submission option in form preferences to Loose Check (controls the cookie) or Strict Check (also controls the IP address).
