i followed he instruction other agent advised but still not working. I generated a new security token, selected leads and did the integration again. fillled and submitted the form still not getting any result. here is the form.. please check maybe it has an issue.

SalesForce Integration is working fine when I tested it with my form just now.
With your integration, did you intentionally leave the Company field blank? The Company field is a required field. Leaving it blank might break the integration.
Please try to add a company field and see if that fixes the problem. If not, let us know so we can check this further.
