Firefox Jotform Interface Buggy

    Hi,

I'm having some issues using Firefox to build my JotForm forms. Firstly, the scroll bar is sometimes sporadic and I need to refresh the page. I also find that selecting widgets; using conditional formatting etc. (i.e. anything that opens the sidebar overlay on the right hand side) doesn't work: the sidebar opens, but when I click on something, nothing happens and I can't click on anything else until I refresh the page.

Everything works fine on Chrome, so I'm using that for now.

    Thanks!

    Harry

I have tested one of my forms inside of Mozilla Firefox, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I was able to scroll through the form without any issues. Also when I added widgets or when I set conditions everything was working properly.

Is this happening with all of your forms when you are using Firefox? If it is happening for a specific form, please provide us ID of that form.

You can try to update your Firefox to latest version to see if that will resolve your issue or try to use incognito mode. Also did you tried to edit your form in Firefox on some other device?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, thanks for your quick response!

I tried again with the conditional formatting, and it seems to work now...odd! I'll be sure to give you specific details if it happens again.

    Thanks.
