I usually get emails that have the application with it so I can file it. Right now, I'm not getting any, and I'm afraid I've missed people's attempts to contact my organization.

I removed it from the list now. I can see that your notification is configured properly. Please try contacting your email provider and request to whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
