Submission came through blank to Infusionsoft integration

    I noticed on my InfusionSoft Dashboard that "Somebody" filled out a form.

     

    None of the fields populated and it shows as "No Name" on the Contact Record.

     

    Are you able to see what is wrong?

    I checked your submissions and did not see a submission that was empty.  Was it just this one entry that came through to infusionsoft blank or have others?  I checked the integration and it looks to be working properly.
