I see that your email address is in our bounce list and so the emails are not delivered to this email address. I have now removed it from the bounce list and you should be receiving emails without any issue.

There are numerous reasons why the email address can end in our Bounce list, it can be that it is reported by spam, or blocked by your domain since it was not whitelisted etc. If you check the thread my colleague provided: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
Also, you could ask your domain to Whitelist our IP addresses, that will help to avoid bouncing issues as well.
