Submissions not being created and email not being sent

    Hi again,

    I continue to have the same problem with a few forms.  I am getting PAID through PAYPAL, BUT there is no submission form coming through nor is there being an email sent.  This is a second form I'm having this problem with.  

    Please help because this is very problematic.  It seems if there is a payment made (goes to Paypal screen) the submission is not coming through at all.

    I'm not sure if you have followed the the advice given there in the last reply. 

    But I would also suggest you to enable the IPN option in your PayPal account and the Incomplete Payment Notification.

    I have also checked the email addresses that you're using in your form and they are not in our bounce list, which is one of the reasons why you do not receive emails. 

    In case that even enabling IPN and incomplete notifications you're still not receiving emails, please let us know and we will be glad to further check your form.
