I have created a form for donations for my church app. I have used the Jot plugin and inserted the publish link. However, when testing i enter an amount and my info. But when I click the "go to payment page" it says please wait. After 10 minutes of waiting it still does nothing. Any ideas?

I checked the direct form and did a test submission. I wasn't to replicate the issue, I was able to submit the form.

Can you please try re-embedding the form using the Iframe method. This will avoid script conflicts between the form and the place where you're embedding to.

    Here's a guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Hope that works. If not, please let us know. Also, if you can share the URL pf the page where the form is embedded, that would help. Thank you.

I cannot use anything other that the link.  This is a jotform plug in.  I have some pics that may help you.

Can you please tell us what app is this? Please share with us the link so we can check.

If the app is adding the form using oEmbed method, unfortunately, that won't work due to same origin policy. You may the consider using an HTML field if that's available to embed the form, use our iframe embed method as suggested.

The is app is Artemus Christian Church, please try it.

I tried using the  Text WYSIWYG plug, and pasting in the source code.  However it will not go to the payment page.

I found your app and I can see it is currently working fine, I have entered an amount and clicked on the button "Got to payment page" and I was redirected to this page:

Could you please confirm us that the form works on your end as well?

I have tested the app in an Android Device, could you provide us what device you're using?

If possible, please try submitting your form in another device, maybe this is only on your device.

Do let us know how it goes.

Hello, it is good to know it is working with Android.  However I have an Apple.  The other people I have asked to try it also have an apple device and it isn't working.  We just get the "please wait" after clicking the go to payment button, I have waited over 5 minutes myself.

I don't know anyone that doesn't have an apple device, but it does seem to work with Android if you can get to work.

    Any suggestions for IOS?

I have found the website where I can download your app, Artemus Christian Church, for iOS. However, I would like to apologize because I don't have an iOS device right now where I can install and test it. I will consult one of my colleagues that have an iOS device and we will try to reproduce the issue you're having and update you on this thread as soon as we found any possible solution.

    Thank you.

My colleague Mike informed me that you are having issues with getting this to work on iOS and I have an iPhone 6 so I have started to investigate this problem further to help get to the bottom of the issue for you.

If you don't mind my asking what iOS Device and iOS Version are you using on your end?
