My form stops responding when I fill the data manually than the conditionally filled data

    WHEN I ADD CONDITIONAL DATA THE FORM HAS NO ISSUES. BUT WHEN I INPUT MANUAL DATA IN THE SAME FIELS THE FORM STOPS RESPONSING

    The form (http://www.jotform.me/form/61971376014456) that you have provided in the post seems to be deleted. However, when I check the other form  ( http://www.jotform.me/form/61930847223456) in your account, I notice that the conditions are set to fill the data automatically based on the conditions. For example, Employee name is set to disabled when it is filled. So, when a character is entered manually, the field will be automatically disabled.

    You may set such conditionally filled fields to Read Only so that they cannot be filled manually.

    I see that there are several fields are set to fill/calculate some data based on the conditions which may be affecting the form to when they are filled manually.

    You may need to review the conditions once again if you need to enter the fields manually along with the conditionally filled data.
