Sorry but I have an other problem: the excel report I downloaded by jotform is in protected view and so I can only read the data and not analyze it. I've deselecetd protected view in my excel program but the jotform report presents the same problem. I hope you can help me as soon as possible.

Protected view is not something that is influenced by us, nor is it something that we can enable/disable on our end. Protected view is a protection feature of the office suite software you are using, and it automatically applies to any Excel files that are downloaded from the Internet.

As you are downloading the Excel files from the Internet (from JotForm.com), your operating system automatically flags the file as being from the Internet, and then the office suite you are using is automatically opening such downloaded files in "protected view".

You can disable "protected view" only within the office software you are using, and the following guide from Office.com explains how to disable protected view:

Please let us know if you need assistance with anything else we can do to help from our end, and we will be happy to assist. Thank you.
