my account has been suspended after I tried to sign in more than three time with a wrong password then I tried to get a new password by my email that is happened!!
Please If you could unlock my account and solve this for me.

I checked your account and it appears to be fine. I also noticed that you made a request for password reset. Can you check your inbox or spam folder for your password reset instructions?
