Can I upgrade only for some months, then downgrade my account?

    2. Assuming not, I will upgrade my account. However, my business is VERY seasonal -- June, July, August, September. During other months I will only receive a handful of inquiries. Can I upgrade for a few months, and then cancel, returning to a free plan, then upgrade again next June?

    Yes, if you purchase a monthly subscription you're free to downgrade anytime, in case that you have any inconvenient while downgrading your account, you may contact us and we will be glad to assist you. 

    I would like to let you know that, if for example, you upgrade and receive a great amount of submissions and then decide to downgrade back to free, then the oldest submissions will be deleted and only the newest 500 submissions will keep saved in your account. 

    To avoid losing data you may download all your info at the same time, uploaded files, submissions and even your forms as HTML files.

    While you're a free account and reach this limit, you will be notified, if you do not want to download your data and want to keep data in JotForm, then you will be able to upgrade to the storage plan which will allow you to store your data, no matter the amount of submissions they are.
