Is there a form like this one?

    Greetings Jotform Fans,

I am creating a site about restaurants...

I need to have a form with many different restaurants where each different restaurant has a different menu.

I am hoping to list at least 50 restaurants or more, every restaurant has a different menu.

I would like to make a form where people can choose at least one restaurant option, and pick different dishes and different amount of dishes of the same dish.

Ej. Rice with chicken Quantity: 2

Since I am going to be using so many different menus, I need some sort of accordion or drop down menu to list every restaurant menus.

This example ONLY shows 2 restaurants and two dishes, so in order to make this form as "light" as possible I really need to compress all form content as much as possible, so it doesn't become an eternal form.

    Here is an example:

    Rest.1 Menu
    Drop down

    a. dish 1
    b. dish 2

    Drop down

    a. dish 1
    b. dish 2

    R.1 Menu                                  Quantity
    a. dish 1 (dish 1 selected)              2
    b. dish 2  (nothing selected)           0

    R. 2 Menu
    a. dish 1 (nothing selected)             0
    b. dish 2 (dish 2 selected)               2

I have found all this options in different forms but not in one form all together.

What can I do, any advise?

    Thank you!!!

From what I understand, you need your users tp select a restaurant from a dropdown and based on the selected restaurant, they can choose the menu they want.

You can create a form with a dropdown for restaurants and a dropdown of menus for each of these restaurants.

You can then add conditions that will show/hide the menu dropdowns based on the selected restaurant.

The result will be as follows.

You can check and clone my form

    Greetings Christian,

Thank you so much for your answer.

Actually, the issue I have it's not selecting the restaurant menu. That could be done easily. The actual challenge that I am facing is that once the customer picks up an item or product from an specific menu list, then it seems to be limited to one dish or product only.

This example it's the closest (see top menu Rincon Retana- Menu) I can get with jotforms so far, where the customer gets to pick the rest menu, then he/she can choose the dish they want, AND right there, in the same box they can choose the specific amount of dishes they need.

Again, since I am going to have several menus, from different restaurants I need some' very compact...

    Thank you so much again.

    Have a nice sunday!!!

Thank you for the additional details about what you are trying to do.

I tried to take a look at the example you first provided but it looks like that was deleted perhaps when you tried to provide a better example in your second response above.

Looking at your example I am thinking you mean you wish to combine the two menu's into one without the quantity included in the dropdown?

Please feel free to correct me if needed but also please allow us some time to look into this some more to see what sort of possible options we might be able to help you with for this and we'll let you know as soon as we can.

    Hi, Kade

    How are you?

I DO need the quantity box in there. But I need it right there with the item option, not elsewhere.

Now, as the customer pick up the dish I need to get that dish out of the dropdown list, so the customer can pick how many dishes he wants from each one.

Look at it as a customer. If you are really hungry you must want to have 2 hamburgers not just one. So as soon as you pick your item, you must want to specify how many of these items you want.

The second example show a wonderfull feature you guys have with that dropdawn menu. It selects the itme and gets it out (items selected), but then again there is no way to specify how many.

The last pic shows my Photoshop example  where Combo #3 Churrasco o Chuleta de Cerdo is what I need to have...

I guess the X make it confusing. So I get rid of it. Combo #1 show what I have right now, witch is not helping me.

Right below, in Combo #3 I was not only able to get that item out of the dropdown menu, I was also able to specify how many of these items I want to have. This is exactly what I am looking for...

Select the item, put it out of the dropdown menu, and then specify how many of these items I want.

This is my website and as you can see, I can't procede because if the customer can't specify the amount of items he wants, then it doesn't make any sense...

The asmSelect widget does not have a quantity option. I would recommend you to use a configurable list widget instead:
