What is the maximum size of file uploads

You can upload up to 1GB file size when you use the single file upload field while a maximum of 300MB for the multiple file upload field.

By default, the Max File Size set on file upload field is 1MB. You can adjust it according to your preference.

Please take note that an upload space limit per account may vary depending on the plan you're subscribe into. Example if you're on the free plan, the upload space limit is 100MB so uploading a 1GB file is useless as it would surpass your upload space limit in an instant.
