    Form Emails: Why am I not receiving emails in all the recipients?

    At http://www.ultimatedefensivedriving.us, please see both the Contact Form @ http://www.ultimatedefensivedriving.us/contact and the Registration Form @ http://www.ultimatedefensivedriving.us/presentations or http://www.ultimatedefensivedriving.us/presentation-reservation

    Can you please take a look to see if these are set up correctly? I believe that they are and both forms push data to the following E-mail addresses jclair@ultimatedefensivedriving.us and bclair@ultimatedefensivedriving.us. They receive some of the E-mails and others not, it's very strange.

    When I checked the links you provided they do not work and I got this message: 

    Now regarding to your email issue, I have checked your email addresses and found one of them in our bounce list, here is the reason: 

    jc*a*r@u**********e**********ng.us - Reason(s) : smtp; 554 walimpinc11 bizsmtp Connection refused.

    I have removed it now and you should receive emails, I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    Here is also a guide that will help you to check and remove an email address from our bounce list: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    If the issue still persists, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, here is the link with our info: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
