Once a user completed the form, it would come to my gmail. It hasnt been coming to my email. Is there something wrong?

Your email address is in the bounce list which is why you're having trouble receiving the notifications.
I have removed it from the list now. New notifications should come to your inbox now.
I checked your form and I can see that the notification is configured correctly. Please try whitelisting our mail servers and IP addresses. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
