My event is seasonal, i would like to downgrade but not lose my data - and keep open for a few more signups. Can I do that?

You have 67 total submissions. On free accounts the storage limit is 500. If you reach the limit, and a new submission arrives, the oldest submission will get automatically deleted.

So, if you want to downgrade there will not be any issue. Also, just to let you know, on free accounts you can receive up to 100 monthly submissions.
