    I cloned your form and made some test submissions. I did not encounter any bugs when filling the form and submitting it with the quarterly option selected.

    Can you please provide further details regarding your concern? What bug did you experience with the stripe subscription? Please let us know how to replicate the bug so we can better assist you. I will wait for your response.

    its when setting up the form, when you try adding a quarterly subscription it appears as a monthly

    I have just reviewed your form and tested the payment field. When selecting a QUARTERLY payment, you see THREE MONTHS. and not MONTH only (as shown in your screen shot).
