When form data received, if one field empty - odd text comes up

    Hi,

When I test my form and receive an email from the form data, if the person filling out the form does not enter information into one of my fields (Company), unusual text comes up in its place instead of the persons name as shown below

    =?UTF-8?B??=  (noreply@jotform.com)

I would prefer the default field used for REPLY TO is the persons name NOT Company name as often times people do not enter information if they are NOT a company.  That way when the email comes in, it comes from the Name field so that when I reply to that email, its goes TO the person who made the enquiry.  This also helps me to find people who are chasing up on the website request much more easily as I can filter their name rather than the gobbeltygook detailed above.

    Many thanks

    Hello Adam,

If I understand your issue correctly If your users skip to company field you are seeing =?UTF-8?B??=  text on your end on your autoresponder or notification. Is it right? I've cloned and tested your form but I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having. Could you send the screenshot of your issue so we can check it more properly? We will wait for your response.
