How do I parse individual fields from my form?

I want to add my data to my database. I don't want Mr. John Q. Doe, but rather I want

FirstName: John

Middle Initial Q. and

LastName: Doe

with each item in a separate field in my database. Is it possible.?

Unfortunately, you cannot use the Full Name tool under the Quick Fields if you're planning to separate them in your database. You need to use 3 text box fields for this. After that, you can Shrink the fields so that they will be aligned in 1 row.
