why are my emails not being received

    What is the form you are referring to? I checked the recipients for this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/21643555740958, and none of them are in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    Please check your spam folder. Also you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.

    We have been having the same issue and I've even gone so far as to white list by return-path and create a dedicated SMTP account and it seems the actual sending side isn't working very reliably.
