since the problem in february when we had to change the domain name ?? my website has been sending thru 2 of every form completed????? How can I stop this please???

Can you please check first if the 2 emails came from the same sender?
Sometimes the target email address have forwarding rules/filter setup and that can be causing the message automatically sending.

Both emails are coming from the same sender email@example.com

Please try removing the current notification setup and create a new one. You can also change Sender E-mail: to Email - this way it makes use of the email that's been submitted on the form.
If this doesn't help, please let us know.
