Hi Jessica, can you please be more specific on what you're hoping to achieve? What permission of sort are you hoping to apply to your forms? To better assist you, we'd appreciate it if you could give us more info :)
And while I'm at it, I'll just make some assumptions for now. If you wish to set permissions for someone else (e.g. someone you added as a subuser to your account), you may do that from this page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users
Basically, with subusers, you can set their permissions to "View Submisssions" or "Edit Form" (or both).
