Form is in restore mode.

    I have created and published a form, but when trying to access it I get the error:  

    Form not found
    This form is in restore mode, please try again later.

    Your account is on dormant status because you didn't logged in for a long time that is why it is in restore mode. 

    I have now activated your account. Please try if its working now. Thank you.

    How ironic...this just happened to me too.  Can I get my account "un dormant"?  Seems like it shouldn't let me log in, etc.  Or at least tell me the problem.
