Hello,
I am the Director of Communications for the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. We would like to purchase a subscription to JotForm, but our procurement process does not allow us to make monthly payments. If you're able to provide a way for use to subscribe yearly, I would greatly appreciate it.

We do have a yearly and bi-yearly subscription here in JotForm. I will guide you on how to subscribe to the yearly plan, please follow these steps:
1. Click the User icon and then click the Account text link.
2. In the User Account page, go to Billing section.
3. Pick the Subscription Plan you want and click the Upgrade button. Choose your payment schedule (Yearly) and payment method, when you're done click the Upgrade button
