how do I change the web page tab title for my form

i am working on a form named YAAGLSUpdates2016 - https://form.jotform.com/61965885630973. When you are on the form (end user) it says the form name is YAAG Form. How do I fix this?

I believe you are referring to the web page tab title.  This can be changed from the advanced options in the "Preferences" tab.  Here is our guide on how to update the title:
