We have been experiencing an issue with recipients with form "Get a Quote". The email will no long send the results to email@example.com.
Of course the first thing I look at was to see if the emails were getting cut in the SPAM folder which was not the case.
One interesting fact: When I put the emails firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org the only success message on the screen is "The test email has been sent to: email@example.com".

I would suggest you to please make sure, you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
