Why I'm not receiving submission emails?

    I love this new app of Jotform to convert a form into a Quiz. Thank you.

    Everything works great, EXCEPT the app is not emailing me or the student the results. I have email "email notification" in the normal Jotform setup AND I have the options to email custom emails in the app also. Should I remove one of them? If yes, which one? Thank you.

    I checked the email associated with your form and found out that it is in our Bounce list and the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 <bounce-md_30124803.56851533.v1-095b6a37822e4930a4d4fc7a610fceb1@bounce.jotform.com> sender rejected

    I removed your email from our Bounce list and everything should be fine now. I would advise you to check this guide on how to prevent this issues. Also, you can ask your provider to Whitelist our IP domains.
