Why can't I publish my form?

    My forms are coming up as "Form Not Found" The form is in restore mode, please try again later. Is there an issue with your site or is it user error?

    Your account status is dormant and that is why it's showing in restore mode. I've reactivated your account. You should now be able to embed the form.
