I cloned your latest form and made some tests there. I cannot seem to replicate the issue. When I add a new field or widget, I was able to edit and delete it.
Do you still encounter the issue on your end? Please try clearing your form cache and your browser cache to see if that resolves it. You can also try using a different browser to edit your forms. If the issue still persists, please let us know.
