    See form: https://form.jotform.com/61965885630973

the section that follows the anatomy Section Updates

Would you like to add any new terms and definitions to this section? *

if you answer yes then the next field that comes down is:

How many additional terms would you like to add?  (dropdown menu).

These work fine - if the user selects 1 additional field, then the text area field labeled:

Please enter the 1st new term and definition/description in the field below (if they say 2, then two fields appear, etc) again, all working as it should.

However, the problem is if the person changes their minds and decides they do not want to add add any new terms and changes the response to the original question to no, the area text fields still show.

Please tell me how to correct this.

    Thanks,

    Pam

    Hi Pam,

Can you please confirm if it still not working?

I checked the condition logic setup on your form https://form.jotform.com/61965885630973 and it was actully working as intended.

Additionally, you can also control how the hidden fields behave when it has value.

You can clear the value or retain it even when field is hidden. You can do this in the Preferences Advance settings

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
