Why is my account autosuspended

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The Phishing filter have auto suspended your form due to suspected phishing. But I manually checked and I see it was a mistake

    I have now re-activated the form and your account. You may check again when you login at https://www.jotform.com/login
