People have registered but we are not receiving the registration. How can we retrieve them?

Are you not seeing submissions in your submission page?
I have checked your account and I can only see this form, http://www.jotform.us/form/61137742126148, having submissions.
Or, are you referring to the email notification that you should be receiving in your email when your form is submitted?
Because I have checked the email address and found out that it is on the bounce list.
Result: riversidecwc@comcast.net is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.2.0 YPAw1q00l05t67901PAwXb Message rejected due to DMARC. Please see http://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#DM000001I have removed it from the list and you should be able to receive your email notifications again.
So you may prevent this kind of issue again in the future, I suggest you check the information on this guide, How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
You can also try Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
Also, if you want to view the details on those email that had failed, you can check your account's email history.
