Not receiving email notification after form is submitted.

    People have registered but we are not receiving the registration. How can we retrieve them?

    Apologies for any inconvenience.

    Are you not seeing submissions in your submission page? 

    I have checked your account and I can only see this form,, having submissions. 

    Or, are you referring to the email notification that you should be receiving in your email when your form is submitted? 

    Because I have checked the email address and found out that it is on the bounce list.

    Result: is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.2.0 YPAw1q00l05t67901PAwXb Message rejected due to DMARC. Please see

    I have removed it from the list and you should be able to receive your email notifications again.

    So you may prevent this kind of issue again in the future, I suggest you check the information on this guide, How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    You can also try Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Also, if you want to view the details on those email that had failed, you can check your account's email history.
