How often does your site and thus my forms go down?

Asked by Julian Brownbridge on March 30, 2012 at 04:14 AM

I've only used Jotform for a short time and until last night was over the moon with your service. However I launched a new client site last night only to have my client and all those to whom promotional links were sent; see the Recruitment page look awful. Since then, said page in question now looks correct but the forms are missing completely and have been replaced with two instances of the following: v8_build_source.js:38: Error loading file load( configFile + '.js'); ^

Please let me know when this issue will be resolved and how often such a situation might occur in the future.

    Many thanks,

Julian Brownbridge - MS & PC Solutions.

We had an issue with our CDN provider last night which may explain the problem with your forms.

This does not happen often at all; it looks like the timing of your event may have been unlucky. We endeavour to ensure maximum availability of our users forms but very occasionally problems which are extensibly beyond our control may crop up. We can only apologise for those occasions and ensure that when such an incident does crop up we have mechanisms in place to ensure they get rectified as quickly as possible.

If you refresh your website, you should see the issue with the two forms now resolved.
