    Editing a submission pdf design

    I do the edits in customize pdf an they display correctly but when I do the preview or a text everything gets out of place

    It looks your few Form submissions have heavy logo images. And they are taking time to load in Browser. Because of those few submissions, some times your few pdfs gets out of place, when you click on preview. 

    I would suggest you please allow those heavy images to load properly in browser, and then check it.

    I replace the logo image with a 46KB and still is not working, now all the empty spaces have the logo and also delete information. please help

    I tried to download the PDF of the latest submission in your form, but I can't replicate the issue. The downloaded pdf seems to be display fine. Please check the screenshot:

    I have cleared your form cache, can you try again to download the PDF and see if it is ok now? If the issue still persist can you also try to clear you browser cache and then try to check the PDF again.

    this is not how ir should look like 

    the logo is next to the number that is a blank space, and at the bottom it replace the text with the logo again and agin ....

    Para garantizar el trabajo realizado es necesario contar con un mínimo de 48 horas ininterrumpidas de montaje en stands en serie, y 8 horas en stands custom.  Si el proyecto es confirmado 48 horas antes del montaje tendrá un recargo del 10% sobre el total aquí descrito y deberá ser cancelado en su totalidad según la nota cobro correspondiente, junto con la cancelación del saldo pendiente. Todas las artes deberán ser entregadas en formato editable con terminación pdf a 300 dpi o jpg al tamaño solicitado según la ficha grafica con 5 días de anticipación a la fecha del montaje aquí estipulada. Para Stands en serie el listado de participantes y logotipos deberá ser entregado un mínimo de 10 días hábiles antes del inicio del evento. Los Logotipos deberán ser entregados en PDF a 144 DPI al tamaño solicitado. Es importante considerar este margen de tiempo para garantizar la calidad de sus impresiones y con eso poder realizar una prueba de color. De no se llegar a respetar los tiempos de entrega no nos hacemos responsables por cambios a impresiones durante el montaje. Cualquier daño al equipo en renta es responsabilidad de la empresa que contrata y deberá ser cancelado en su totalidad según la nota de cobro correspondiente, junto con la cancelación del saldo pendiente. Por cada día de atraso; en la cancelación del saldo pendiente a partir de la fecha estipulada de acuerdo a las condiciones de pago aquí descritas, incurrirá en una mora de Q100.00 por día. Y deberá hacerse efectivo junto con el saldo pendiente Cualquier ampliación a la presente cotización representará una nueva contratación, misma que generará costos y cargos adicionales para el cliente que deberán ser cancelados en su totalidad en la misma forma, fechas y condiciones establecidas aquí. Para efectos de tipo de cambio regirá Banco Industrial tipo vendedor, el día de aceptación de la cotización. Por cheque rechazado se cobrara Q200 de cargos administrativos. El cargo por Transferencia Internacional debera ser absorbido por el cliente asi como $5 por gastos de compensación.

    It seems to me that you're saying your pdf is displaying incorrectly and should be showing as above.

    Do you mean that you din't make any of these modifications to your pdf to make it look different as it is now then?

    I've checked your pdf customization but your pdf is displaying almost the same though I do see a few obvious problem areas and it's definitely not as you've shown above.

    After doing the preview it changes the edit form that's the reason you see the same thing

    I don't what to do changes again because it keeps getting all messed up, until i now the problem has been fix

    what I see is that every time I leave a blank space it gets fill with other text from the form , I try doing a with text but it dident work

     

    Also I added thing to the form and they are not displayed, is there a way to rest the customize pdf

    If you would like to revert back your PDF report to the default setting, you just need to press the RESET button on the CUSTOMIZE PDF page. This will revert back to the default PDF report and you will lose any changes that you have made.

    ok il try to reset the form hopefully this will help fix the problem
