Unable to receive notification email

    Good morning,

    How can I set a setting to be notified via email after a submission of the Welcome Back Fest 2016 form is submitted?

    I have checked the form and I can see that the notification is configured properly. The mail logs shows that the notification were sent successfully.

    Please check your spam folders or junk mails. You may also want to whitelist our mail servers, here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    If the issue keeps on happening, I suggest you to use  noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email.
