Registration email is coming over in name of cloned form

    I cloned the Willis Clan form to create my new form for the Czech Bead Tour.  When we receive a registration email, it is calling it a Willis Clan payment/registration instead of a Czech Bead Tour registration.  Can you fix this or explain to me how to fix it so that it won't happen again on another cloned form?

    I presume you are referring to the email subject line? 

    When you clone a form, the email template have static text on it, you will need to update or edit it directly in your "Emails" wizard.

    Here's a screenshot where I saw the "Willis Clan payment" text:
