I have changed the tax label but it is still showing as Tax in the email

    Hi,

    I've changed my "taxes" to say "shipping & handling" so that it calculates a percentage rather than a flat rate for shipping, as suggested.  My only problem is that when the customer submit the form and receives a copy via email, the email shows the taxes percentage and shipping as zero.  This will be very confusing for the customer.  Is there any way to edit that?

    The workaround would be to strip the labels and add your own. Here's our guide for that:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/231-How-to-Strip-Payment-Labels-and-Separate-Payment-Info-on-Email-Alerts

    For this form http://www.jotform.us/form/61957061012146, you have {myProducts} as the Paypal field name so you have to do it like this:

    {myProducts:product}

    Sub Total: {myProducts:subtotal}

    Shipping and Handling: {myProducts:tax}

    Grand Total: {myProducts:total}

    You'll receive it like this after:
